Can anyone lead me to a place where I might be able to find one or both of these online? I have used gunbot several times without much luck. To me, that website is a pain in the neck. For some reason it's kind of hard for me to wade through. Any help would be appreciated.

findmeammo.com is another search tool you can use.
I use gunbot, sort "by brand" and then I search for "HST" that is going to bring up the 124gr and +P versions of the ammo but you'll only have about 10 hits total, so it is not too much to wade through.

When I'm looking for ammo online, I just Google it. Try "HST 147 LE" or "gold dot 9mm short" it should turn up most of the online sources. Don't give up on your first attempt, either. Premium SD ammo is still going in and out of stock fairly regularly. What's out of stock today could be back next week. Keep trying until you find it, and then buy as much as you can afford (or as they let you).

I just ordered HST's from ccwammo.com. It looks like they still have it in stock.

They are not in stock at CCWAMMO.COM But they did have some Rangers last night. Honestly, the HST 147 grain is the hardest ammo to find because everyone wants it. ATK and Winchester have did their best to stop civilians from getting LEO ammo.
I recommend getting the Winchester Defend 147 grain or HST 124 from any of the brick and mortar stores. Also use gunbot.com to search multiple sites. GOOD LUCK!

Go to http://ammoseek.com and spend 15 minutes learning how to search and it will lead you to who has it, what it costs and a clickable link to take you to the site where you can order or further poke around. Most of the sites listed show real time inventory, thus if they say it's available, it is!
It's my go to method of finding the ammo that I'm looking for.
