When shortages come around prices always go up.
If things remain the way they are expect higher prices.
When primers hit the $300 per 1,000 primers I will dump every primer I have and break down every bullet I have to sell the primers at 30 cents a piece and invest it else where.
When this does pass I will be investing in large supplies of primers, powders & bullets.
Not a bad plan but primers would have to get a lot higher than that before I’d tear loaded ammunition apart.

Love to catch him never like to eat them. More of a pan fish, walleye, pike fan.
I have a lot of 10 pound plus cat in my pond.
Feeding time is about 6 o’clock every day all summer long. Really fun to watch.
I like the 1-2 pounders! they taste better that the old ones

$300+ per 1k last time I looked at gunbroker ... might as well pay off the credit cards if you can, if that is the going price. give it a few months, might be $400 ... who knows. or stick to the reason you got them, unless it was to sell high. either way, stick to the plan.

Just saw $295.00 for 500? oh my. Same guy wants $1.00 a round for 9mm reloads. That's crazy. but people are paying so..

No body is twisting arms to buy or bid on extrodinary prices items.
If some one wants to buy a box of $39 primers for close to $300 they may want to stay away from the stock market.

For me anything in life that cost to much I focus on other things until the price gets back to normal.
We like ribeye and t-bone steak and stock up when it is $5.99 to $6.99 a pound. Over $6.99 we buy chicken and pork chops for $1.99 a pound.
You know what?
It all looks the same when it comes out the back end tomorrow.
