1903 Colt Pocket Hammerless replacement sights?

My 1903 Colt (series 3, 1945 manufacture) is a shooter. A few cleaned up rust spots and some signs of hamfisted amateur gunsmithing prevent it from being a collectible, and the .32 ACP chambering largely rules it out for serious social purposes. It is, though, a fun plinker and is beloved by the kids I shoot with for its size and light recoil. The one real problem I have with the pistol is that the factory sights are just short of miserable. Does any one here have any recommendation for high visibility replacements?

The rear sight of a modern Colt Government .380 or Mustang looks pretty close. Brownell's gottum.

The 1903 front is likely staked on, even though it is so well done as to be invisble on mine. You could start with a 1911 narrow tenon stake-on and do a lot of filing.

Or you could cross-dovetail at the front if you don't mind mussing it up that much. There are some 1911 sights on .290" dovetails and Heinies on .300". Smith and SIG dovetails are smaller still if you can get one cut. Drift and file to zero.
