I have been using 45acp 200 gr LSWC in my 1911 for several years. I recently bought some 200 gr LRN. I switched because my new gun, Sig 320 FS doesn't feed the LSWC's very well although my Colt 1911 does just fine with them.

Should the load data be about the same for 200gr LRN as for 200gr LSWC's. I have been using 4.1 gr Bulle Eye Powder
 
I really can't answer your question of "Should the load data be about the same for 200gr LRN as for 200gr LSWC's." I know that I would would load them the same. Then change it incrementally if not happy.

Should the load data be about the same for 200gr LRN as for 200gr LSWC's.
Depends on the bullet seating depth change (Subtract the bullet length from OAL/COL) and recoil spring rate difference between two pistols.

If the RN bullet base seats less in the case neck than SWC, you may need to increase your powder charge (see blue arrows in the picture below).

Sig 320 may have different recoil spring rate than your 1911 and you may need to adjust your powder charge for reliable slide cycling, spent case extraction/ejection, accuracy, etc.

When I did load development for MBC 200 gr RNFP, I used 1.195" OAL compared to 1.240" for SWC and needed to use about .3+ gr more of W231/HP-38 even though OAL used was shorter. Need for more powder was due to shallower seating depth for the same weight bullet.

Good point. Yes, recoil spring rate will be different. I have a 12# recoil spring in the 1911. The 320 is stock (probably 16#). I used OAL 1.235 for the SWC's. That's probably why they wouldn't feed, I think.
