I brought out the 11-1/2” Aero Precision upper again. I had shot it from the bench with the scope a couple weeks ago, but I didn’t submit one with irons, or standing. Last time I was off the paper with irons and I hadn’t brought a front sight tool. (Yes, it can be done with a bullet tip, but not easily). I also had not shot standing with it.
So I shot some on a target, adjusted for elevation, shot a few more, adjusted again, and then pasted those holes and settled in to shoot a group. Had I known it would have gone this well, I would have put up a clean target. I was using some 75 gr. loads when I shot with the scope. This gun apparently prefers lighter bullets. Today I was shooting the 55 gr. BTHP Dogtown bullets from Midway again.

I was less impressed with my standing class targets. No surprise there.
