22/45 Magazine Kits

A few years back, someone on a gun forum (I believe it was THR) solicited people interested in buying disassembled magazines for Ruger 22/45 pistols. The kits only cost a few bucks and assembling them would have been simple. I was pretty simple myself, for not jumping on that offer. Those little magazines cost anywhere from $18 to $32 online and at gun shows. Does anybody know where those kits came from and if any are still available?

If I remember correctly, it is ordering individual parts from Rugers and assemble yourself. Somehow, it is cheaper. I never tried myself. Have enough mags.
