Palmetto is running Federal Auto Match in 325 round bricks for $25.99/brick. FREE SHIPPING on 4 bricks, so I jumped on it.

$104 for 1300 rounds.

If you want some, better get it fast, because it always sells out fast.

I have a shelf full of that Federal ammo. It has been the most consistently available 22 LR round for the past year.
Palmetto won't ship to my state.

It's actually become readily-available here. Out in CO, it may still be a little more scarce.

That box runs about $23 at Bass Pro, and $25 at Lotus (the shop that turned OM away) here. That appears to be the "new norm."

I have bought that ammo at Sportsmans warehouse for $21.99.
I passed on several boxes today at a SW because I thought the price was too high at $21.99. I purchased a bunch at a WalMart a couple of months ago for much less.

Nice score, I have picked up 20 bulk packs of it lately from palmetto and gander mountain. Delivered to door i'll pay a couple bucks more and without tax even better. Gander has free ship but unfortunately tax in my state.

325 round "bricks". Does that make the two seperate 500 round boxes of M-22 Tactical packaged together a cinder block? Brick sure seems to be one of the more flexible terms in the cool hipster lingo gun crowd these days. Many of the multi-hundred round boxes of .22 I see on the shelf are marked "bulk packs".

Had to go to a local Dick's for a hat for my daughter and thought to check their ammo. They actually had lots of .22, bricks and bulk packs. Most was average current or gunshow prices, except for 2 Winchester '333' boxes. I got those two for $21 and change each.

Just had to go to Walmart for the wife. Came home with 300 Mini-Mags for me!

Shipping cost on 3 bricks is $12, price is the same. Shipping is free on 4 bricks, no price increase.

By the time I factor in sales tax and fuel burned to go get it, if I can find it, this is a better deal.

Federal Auto Match in 325 round brick is 17.99 when in stock , I have about 6 or so of them I find it amazing how much .22 ammo is in different states
the supply is just about back to normal around here and .22 is is in stock 70% of the
time the I look on the shelves

I purchased a brick of Remington 22 ammo just days before the 22 panic of 2013 at $12.
These prices seem crazy by comparison but such is life.

Yikes. I was just at Wal Mart, where they had those for $17.47. I opted instead for a 1,000 round brick of Wincheter M-22 40 gr @ $50.

22 ammo is nonexistent at every WalMart within 100 miles of me. What constitutes a good deal on rimfire ammo varies greatly based on geography these days.

22LR is coming back. A lot of Rem Thunderbolt buck packs at my local Cabela at $35 and no one in a hurry to buy them. I just picked up a box of Winchester 555 at $27.99 at Wal Mart. 5-6 cents a pop is acceptable.

I define a "brick" as 10 boxes of 50. "Bulk" can be anything from the 225 or so up to the 500 round boxes of loose pack ammo. Potatoe potato.

I gave up on Wally as a source of 22 LR in 2012. I travel extensively and see plenty of 22 at Academy Sports, Cabela's all over the country. I don't do Dick's unless I need a new sports bra or $300 workout shorts.

I have had absolutely zero problem keeping up my stash of 22 LR at acceptable levels. 2012 prices? Nope. $.10 a round? Nope. I am a little low on Stingers but I have plenty of Mini-Mags. Quite a few Thunderbolts and Golden Bullets despite people saying how awful they are. A lot of Federal black boxes with 325. Federal blue "cans". Just generally a hodge-podge of 22 LR ammo that I have scrounged over the past three years whenever I ran across it. I actually got a couple of bricks of Blazer from Academy online a few weeks ago. Haven't seen that on any shelves for a while.

22 mag? Different story altogether.

Yikes. Last time I bought .22 I was buying 2-3 boxes of the Federal 525ct boxes at wally world every time I'd stop, just because it was so cheap then.

I managed to stock away ~14,000 rds before the ammo pandemic hit. Haven't bought any since. I get a lump in my throat just thinking about shooting it though... cause I know I can't replace it at $12.99/525 anymore, and that GSG 1911 is so dang fun to shoot!:(

Gander has it online at that price with free shipping. max of 5 boxes.

My local Walmart has not even had a place on the shelf for 22LR for a year or more until recently. Now they have an empty spot on the shelf for several brands and sizes of 22LR ammo, but I have seen nothing there except some shotshells.

My local Gander though has 22LR ammo on a regular basis, though not continuously. I am told the local Farm and Fleet does as well but I can't confirm that from personal experience.
