Ok so I started a thread earlier accidentally mistaking the .22 hornet round for this .22 SLD round that I've never heard of till today. WATCH THIS VIDEO! It looks like a good round.

If you can't read the spanish description of the video, it basically states that it is a 10mm casing knecked down to accomodate a .22 caliber bullet. It is being fired from a Colt Delta Elite.
My question is: Is this ammo currently being produced? What sort of pistol can handle this round?
