Anyone have a recommendation on a good seating die for a progressive press (Dillon 650)? It doesn't have to be a super high end one but something that seats based on the ogive and ideally can handle compressed loads.

I've used my Std Hornady Custom Grade as well as my Redding on my LNL-AP with out any issues. You will find that most any will work. It's just that some are easier to adj and use than others. The Hornady is nice since it use a drop down sleeve to help align the bullet. Redding uses a outer sleeve to align the brass and bullet together. As for compressed loads it depends on what powder and to what degree. Redding cautions against it, but most stick/tubular powders break up when compressed. I would not try it on a ball powder.

I have used all sorts from the cheapest to really expensive ones, any of them will meet the criteria you have laid out. The Dillon one is not a bad choice, a Lee seat die will work, I think window dies are nice for the small bullets, if I’m not using a bullet feeder, if you adjust them all the time a micrometer style “competition” die isn’t a bad choice

That said I have a simple fixture that does the same thing with just about any die.
