I'm reading good things about Reloader 17 when used in the 25-06. Specifically, I wanted to load it with 115 Nosler Partitions which I have a nice stack of. I'm having a hard time finding specific load data for 115 or 117 projectiles and that powder. Can anyone point me to literature, or have a personal load I can reference?

I would have chosen a slower burning powder for 115 gr but I see no problem from above.

You can use the data listed for 120 gr bullets as data for the 115 gr bullets ...

But you'd be better off with a much slower powder ... look at the data for RL 25 and RL 22... both are much better for that weight bullet(115gr)...

I'm not going to say that the RL-17 won't work, but as mentioned you will probably find the slower 22 or 25 to work better with that bullet.

When I started using the Partitions I used the RL-22 data from the Hornady manual for their 117gr bullet. I worked it right up tot he top end load and it has shot 1/2" groups for me ever since. This was close to 20yrs ago when I worked it up. It will still shoot tighter than I can hold, and will drop deer out further than most have any business shooting it to.

What I love about the Partition, is that I get the same performance at 20yds as I do at 200yds, so the up close shots weren't an issue like with a bunch of other bullets in this caliber. In most cases the deer is on the ground before the rifle finishes recoiling. It just seemed to be the best balance of weight and velocity for what I use it for.

48.5 g of RL17 gets me 3106 fps, average of 5 rounds using a NOS 115g BT

49g of RL17 gets the same fps over 5 rounds with a NOS 120g Partition.

Accuracy of both rounds is about 1.5-2 inch groups at 100 yds.

48.g and 49.0g are near or at max. No signs of over pressure, but I didn't feel like going higher.

IMR4350 on the other hand produced three rounds at 100 yds that were touching. No speed on those rounds. I used 48.5g of IMR4350.
