I have heard of people converting old single-shot .25 Stevens rimfires to it so they could get ammo. Set the barrel back, a .25 ACP chamber reamer & converting the breech-block to centerfire.

I don't know anything about that one, but the Škorpion is in .32 and has a long history. .32 is underpowered but not a bad round. There aren't many decent firearms in .25 though.I seem to remember that in the 80's Squires Bingham, the Phillipino arms company, made a SMG-style rifle in .32acp. I remember seeing it in a catalogue.
