Snorko, I couldn't agree more. Guns that are well proportioned with regard to barrel and frame are aesthetically pleasing.
Like JFrame, I love my S&W M60-15 Pro. It's the best out of the box trigger and shooter that I've ever purchased new (that I almost didn't buy because of the lock, but it fit my hand perfectly, had great balance, and I liked the wood grips and appearance of the weapon very much...not to mention that I had originally intended on bringing home a semi-auto pistol that day). After putting a couple of thousand rounds through it, the action has improved to a more buttery smoothness. My wife carries a three inch Rossi M88. We have other guns, but the three inchers are our daily companions.
