Assuming you're using a single stage press, a loading block would come in handy. A deburring tool.

You don't mention calipers, a scale, or a flashlight. You probably have all three since you load handgun and everybody has a flashlight. First two are obvious. The flashlight is to run over your loading block verifying that you have powder in every case before you start seating bullets. That will also help you catch heavy or light charges (missed the funnel with a bit and it splashed into the others and all over the table....it happens) and if you run ball powders in small cases it might help you find a case or ten without a primer...that happens too... flashlights are also great for finding dropped bits and pieces like spent primers.

One more question . Besides the press could some one supply me with a list of all the stuff I will need to load rifle .

You will need a bullet puller. Reloaders need a bullet puller for the same reason writers have erasers on their pencils. I have spent hours tapping wooden blocks with kinetic bullet pullers disassembling my errors.
