Just confirmed...these coated bullets shot well..... ZERO fouling and good enough accuracy since I do most shooting at 100yds or so. not bad for bullets that cost $.06 ea.

They are "zombie" coat bullets from a local company...I'm also having good luck with these sized to .309 in other 30cal rifles at full speed and in many pistol calibers as well. They will also size them to .311 or .312 for use in AKs or mosin or 7.7 jap/303 etc...I have already loaded them in a 7.5x55 and they shot well at ~2500fps.

It seems I've been shooting my 30cal Carbine more and more ever since the 22lr&mag crises and I love it my gun is an origanol m1 made by Rockola in great cond. I have been shooting all types of bullets mostly short jackets that I bought 10 boxes of and 10 boxes of sierra 110gn sp, and also playing with some cast bullets they all shoot fine But onething I will stick with is Hodgdons lil-gun powder 15gns for 100 or 110gn bullets is super accurate, getting about 75 to 100 fps more velocity depending on bullet with lower preasures works great and I have recently changed the old recoil spring for a new one, cycles perfect I almost think lil-gun was made for the 22 Hornet and the 30 carbine..
