I don’t know if it is Utopia in a can, but have loaded over 30 pounds of it through the years, the vast majority in .223/5.56 with some in .308 and just a bit in 22-250 with 40 gr bullets and a dash in 30-30. Very versatile powder, meters like a dream. Glad to have a couple 8 lb kegs on hand, and when I get to the last one, will start searching for another one or two, again.About the 4th time you have IMR3031 bridge in the drop, then drop all over your shellplate... you'll start to think about ball powders more seriously... Having said that, I still prefer the end performance of extruded powders, although that might change if I ever get to try TAC, which has been described to me as Utopia in a can for 5.56mm and 7.62mm.
The local Sportsman’s Warehouse had two 1 pounders on the shelf this morning when they opened. They won’t last long.
