Better deal than when I got mine a few months back. Then it was $249, dropped to $229 and now $204. Mine was dated 2013 and 2014. Mine was clean and I had no issues. Also important to note you also get 500 CCI 34 magnum primers, which are crimped in, but come out as easy as any others, and I clean up the crimp with and RCBS primer pocket tool chucked up in a cordless drill. I measured case capacity and it was less than comparable new Starlne brass (both sized by same die), so walls are slightly thicker.

Edited: Forgot to mention, when cleaning this up, about 1 case in 5 would have as many as 5 to 10 flakes of residual powder stuck to the inside of the neck or case. I inspected each and worked to get it all out, under assumption that powder would burn too, throwing off my loads.

I think Midway is doing a disservice with their product description... if you got '13/'14 brass, it's not overrun, it's ammo that failed some periodic inspection or contract parameter and was pulled. A few years ago, I bought the 'same' brass, and actually got LC18, which was current year, but was filthy and had corrosion spots... which is likely why it was pulled. Thankfully, I got mine at a more reasonable price... .20/cs.

When the current lot showed up at Midway, originally it was something like .60/cs!!! Just 2 years ago, I was paying .50/rd for loaded ammunition... my, how times have changed. :(

A few months back, Midway was also selling Winchester branded Lake City loaded ammo, designated as M118 Long Range. Case head stamped LC 20 LR. It was loaded with 175 grain hpbt match bullets. I presume their sniper round. I popped for one box just to get a baseline accuracy standard in the gun......but that was $40 a box or $2 a round. One box of that was enough for me.

FGMM is usually $2/rd or more, so the LC M118 isn't a bad deal, per se.
