I'm a big fan of the .32 in revolvers. I picked up a qty. of MB 100gr. RNFP's and am trying to find a somewhat non-anemic load. Using the Google-fu, 2.8-3gr. of HP-38/ Win231 looks promising. Any others (non-Unique)?

Thanks...Funnel

Had real good results with Titegroup.
They are however shot through S&W .32 H&R Mag revolver
Limit on .32 long load you use is the revolver ...top break - .32 Mag

I switched from Unique to Universal Clays over a decade ago as I load metallic and 20 gauge with it - same basic results as Unique, but burns cleaner. 32SWL really does better with a lighter bullet, those 100gr are typically better suited to the 32H&R mag

AA #2 meters perfectly at the small charge level needed for .32 Long. Works really well too. I shoot WCs in .32 Long these days, both in revolvers and my Benelli.

Loads would be used in a few Police Positive revolvers. Mostly in a post-war PPS. I was originally going to have that one pushed out to .32 H&R Mag, but it really is too nice.

I've reviewed Hodgdon's data and my manuals, but most all keep pressures pretty low in deference to the aforementioned top-breaks.

I am also a fan of the 32s. I load 32s&w, 32s&w long, 32 h&r mag and 327 fed mag.

For the long, my go to load is 2.5 grains of hp38 under mbc's 100 gr cowboy #6 using gfl or starline brass and cci 550's. These shoot very well for me but are over max imo.

I shoot these out of 327 revolvers so no pressure worries on this load in MY firearm. This load in an older 32 top break could cause problems.
