Has any ever hear of this: 32 ACP Rifle Chamber Insert I found it on Sportsman's Guide. Is this the rough equivalent of a squib? Isn't 0.32 bigger than 0.308, or the 32 ACP really a 30 cal round? Anyone ever tried this?
Actually it is known as a 7.65mm Browning. Both Speer and Hornady loading manuals list bullet diameter as .312 for the 32 Automatic.FYI the .32 ACP is also commonly known as the 7.62 Browning. Same diameter as 7.62x51. (.308)
I also have a 7.62x25 to .308 that I will be trying out today as well. I plan of bringing my chrony to see what a little 85gr tok round will do out of a 25" ishapore barrel....maybe 2000fps?
Where was that available from?
