Thats a nice looking gun from the time when Taurus made their best revolvers. Jan Libourel wrote about them often in Guns & Ammo magazine. His reports caused me to buy several of them and I had no problems with them at all. I wish I still had them.
I would like one of the 7 shot Ruger single six guns but I have two single six 32 mags already and rarely shoot full power loads. So the 327 chambering would be a waste. I would use the 327 cases but load them to 32 mag power at the most. Those light 76gr loads I used to shoot out of the Marlin lever gun I had and they were as quiet as CB 22s. And they got a speed of 960fps. They were quieter than some of the big bore air guns.
The MBC 98 grain Wadcutters HiTek loaded flush in .32 S&W Long Brass over 2.2 grains of HP38 did a nice cloverleaf at 50 feet out of the Single Seven.
the 2.1 grains were a looser pattern. The Single Seven with the sights make it much easier than my LCR.
definitely count this one a keeper recipe
