My father has inherited a 351 Winchester SLR (Self Loading Rifle?), and has been asking me what I know about it, and ammunition/reloading information. Does anybody have any input?

The Winchester Model 1905 was available in 32 and 35 WSL
The Model 1907 was 351 WSL.
You might check old western scrounger for loaded ammo and components.
reedsammo.com also makes some. Ron Reed is a good guy to talk to, he can probably help with some info, too.

Thanks for the help. I will do some more research now that I have some more places to search.

I have data. 180 grain jacketed and 171 gr cast with gas check only though.
Midway has Quality Cartridge brass. Not cheap though. $67.99 per 50. They also list dies. Redding at $67.99. RCBS dies are rediculously expemsive and have a 90 day plus waiting time.
The trick will be finding a reliable supply of bullets. It uses .351" RN jacketed bullets or .352" cast with gas checks. Old Western Scrounger currently carries ammo and bullets. The ammo(brass made out of .357 Maximums. They use an RCBS #6 shell holder.) is $49.95 per 20 for 170 grain plated bullets. 180 grain jacketed RN's runs $12.95 per 100.
