.356 Bullet Ok For 9mm?

9mm bores are often .357"+ so you can use whatever bullet that fits. Blindly resizing to .356" just because it is a 9mm is counterproductive and leads to leading.

Very true, BUT only if you're using LEAD bullets.
Plated or jacketed are what they are.
You can't change that.

With lead, you can get a bullet sizing kit.

Thanks Hondo. I was wondering about that earlier today, reading over this thread.

Oversize bullets?! Your barrel can get muzzle fissures that way. :p

Plated and jacketed work just fine for me, I have never cared much about their diameter being .355 or .356. Seems like any advantage you get with adding .001 or .002 in diameter can be accomplished with powder charge or seating depth.

Berry's .356 plated bullets shoot just fine out of most any 9mm Luger bbls.
I've shot 8-9 thousand Berry's of various types of 124 gr and one 130gr RN in 4 pistols.
They make three bullets I like pretty well.
If you call them, they offer a plastic-boxed sample pack with 8-10 bullets of many types. You have to ask for it.
