Are there different air guns that will allow for the mixture of ammo sizes and can be used to hunt big game

I've had a .357 bulldog for a couple years now and the .35 Polymags shoot very well out of it. They do arrive very dirty in the tin so I wash them before use. My usual ammo is soft lead .358 diameter 150, 125, 158, or 105gr bullets that you would use to reload for .38sp or .357mag powder burners. They shoot well at 2800 to 3000 psi but i found that they stick in my barrel at lower psi so I resize them to .357 diameter. Some shoot .356/9mm diameter bullets in theirs with good accuracy. If you do buy lead bullets keep the BHN of the lead below 12. hard cast may and plated bullets will stick in your barrel (.357 diameter) and you will have to punch them out with a dowel rod. you will like the bulldog if you get one.

P.S. try to find soft lead bullets commonly known as cowboy action bullets, for powder reloading. They are identical to those air venturi that you show in your OP but way way way cheaper.
