Why is the 125gr JHP more popular than the 158gr JHP in .357?

Is'nt a 158gr JHP going 1235fps fast enough???

Or is it something else besides speed?

Because of a flawed study that indicates the 125 grain bullet is more effective in self-defense. I personally take that study with a grain of salt -- but the 125-grain bullet is easier on the hands when shot from a light-weight snubbie.
