Who has the best deals on bulk (1000 to 3000) .38 bullets these days. Roze distribution has Zero's at 75.00 and change including shipping. (I have to pay tax with them though since I am in Alabama). Thanks. AC

Now you know better then that, Walkalong...What bullet? Jacketed, lead or electroplated. 110 grain or 158 grain. WC, Keith, FN, RN or HP...

I know you have looked at www.midwayusa.com haven't you...

My bad..... 110 or 125 Gr. Plated or Jacketed. I have plenty of 158's.

Yep. Midway has these, but they are out of stock, no backorder, and these, or these, out of stock, backorder OK.

And of course, I could get some of these, but they are backordered too.

I was talking about these 125 Grainers (JHP or JSP) at Roze Distribution, they seem to be in stock.

No casting? I just started that
I have not cast in 15 years or so.

LotI - Those are massively ugly bullets from Midway's picture. They look like someone's first casting effort. Tell use the bullets you got were better than that!

Remington Bullets

The Remington lead bullets look like heck on the Midway web site. They are coated with a waxy, flaky lube which I suspect is partly molybdenum disulfide. They are a little messy to handle but they work very well and are very cost effective. I've used hundreds of them and have never been disappointed.

The lube works as I experience VERY little if any leading in my barrel using 3.6 gr. of 700X under their 158gr LSWC.

All the Best,
D. White

As others have said, they are ugly. I don't think mine are that bad. They are consistent and are easy to load. No, they're not as clean on the fingers as say, Meister, but they don't lead. You're looking at the lube...Speer uses a similar process on theirs and it just coats the whole bullet.
