As promised, circling back.
Got out to shoot today, shot the 148 DEWCs with 2.7 gr Bullseye, also shot the 158 LRNs with 3.5 bullseye. both loads worked fine, relatively light, the wife even shot my LCRX snubnose with the 148s in and said she didnt mind the recoil. She thougt it was about the same as her .380 in recoil maybe even a little less.
loads shot fine, didnt have a bench but I was able to keep them in a fist sized group from ~15 yards.
Also shot both from my 1873 .357 SAA clone 4.75 barrel, and they worked just fine in that pistol as well.
Thanks again for all the advice on building these rounds. now I get to clean the brass and load em again.
