38 special RP brass

I've used R-P brass that's been loaded an unknown number of times just fine. I use .358" cast bullets though.
 
If your sizer is on the large side of OK, Remington brass will cause problems. A tighter sizer will cure that.

An undersized die will cure it for sure, but they are backordered at EGW, like so many things these days.

+1. I've found the U-Dies to be a fairly inexpensive fix / preventive-remedy for a variety of problems. Just the peace of mind as additional setback insurance in semi-autos is worth it to me.
