As I have previuosly stated, you are Anti Gun.
The only way this can be done is to stop private sales or direct they be processed through an FFL.
You propose to tell me how I can and cannot dispose of my property and turn the process over to the Government.
This would be the same government who allowed 2000 or so assault rifles to be straw purchased and shipped to Mexico to be used against their citizens and Law Enforcement community in an attempt to build a case to further restrict my firearms liberties.
This would be the same government that deliberately put guns in the hands of felons to screw american gun owners out of their freedoms ( and literally forced FFL dealers to do it ) and you wish to restrict my ability to sell a gun to a close family friend or relative.
I would say "You have to be kidding"; but I know your aren't, because you sir are Anti Gun.
The restrictions you propose will do nothing to keep felons and children from purchasing firearms much less a $1500 dollar air rifle (that your precious government doesn't even consider a firearm).
