Hello everyone I was wondering if anyone have any information on reloading .40 S&W with a copper plated bullets from Berry's. I have 4 manuals and I can't fine any information on reloading Red Dot with a 165 gr. plated bullets.

If anyone can put me on the right direction I will appreciated..

I have 700x, Red Dot, and unique

This is the only data I have found. Nothing else for Red Dot or Unique...?
Any suggestions

Thank you all. I have read about loading plated with hard lead bullet data but some people don't recommend it. An some cases you will increase the pressure specially with 700x and Red Dot powder. That's why I will like to find data more trustable data.

Hodgdon has data with Berry's bullet 165 gr. under 700x powder..
Lyman 49 edition has data with a TMJ bullet that is not the same :) but same weight

@Walkalong than you for the link I have never see the data before very good, I will print it for my reloading book.
BTW Laser-cast bullets from Oregon have Data I will call them and see of I can get a PDF for the .40 S&W

Hodgdon online data now has some Berrys bullets listed, and the latest Vightavuori PDF has some plated data.

40 s&w

My plinking load for my m&p service model is berrys 165 fp and red dot 4.2gr oal 1.12

I don't recommend it because it's a wild cat offering but it serves me well

Unique will work well for a plated bullet in .40 S&W. I used to load that way. I have since discontinued .40 S&W from my inventory though.
