How could I bell the case mouth on the cases? All I have is a Lee Loader.

What kind of bullet are you using? Jacketed or Lead? Looks oversized to me, I doubt I would use it.

Lead slug for a .455 Webley.

Tapered punch that you polished, comes to mind. But then I have machine equipment at my disposal.

The Lee "hammer" loaders i had came with a belling tool. This only opened the case mouth, not the inside diameter of the case where the bullet base sits after seating. The bullet had to act as the expander, not good. What you need is an expander i think? I had purchased them when i loaded with Lee.

The .45 acp loader doesn't come with a belling tool. It says to simply chamfer the mouth of the case.

You only hope it to buy an expander/bell tool to load lead bullet. A jackted bullet will act as an expander.

I would just get some .451/.452 bullets and be dne with it.
