.45 ACP JSP ammo?

I haven't seen any myself, but you can come close with the hornady bullets. If you are talking about something like those that are made for 357 mag where the lead is exposed on the front then no I have not.

However, I am not a fan of Hornady bullets in 45 acp. From what I have seen they have jacket separation issues.

Then again, for an 850 fps round, I wonder if there's any reason the JSP's would have any advantage over hardcast RNL bullets.

Then, there are the Barnes solid hollowpoints...

I am looking for a bullet that will penetrate something like a large cat well enough to be a worthwhile defensive round in the woods (meaning Mountain Lion, not Maine Coon :) ).
