.45 colt stopping power

Twin indeed. ;)

Believe me, everyone is out of the 300gr. PMC load. I've tried over a dozen online vendors as well as outlet sporting good stores and small "mom and pop" shops. I finally found one box and it was from a GT member who was willing to part with it. I really hope PMC isn't dumping this load. FOr the price, it can't be beat.

I got the following two responses, one from sales and one from customer support. Looks like in two to three months we'll see it, depending on which time table you use.

Thanks for your interest in PMC products. Our 45HA loading is scheduled to go out for a production run next week so it will be a full 6 weeks minimum before it is on distributor and dealer shelves.

Best Regards,
Matt Lamph

Thanks for the info Marshall. :) Atleast they are not discontinueing it. I think it's excellent ammo, I haven't chronoed it, but from the recoil I'd say it is close to or at their printed specs. And at Natchezz it ain't much more than regular plinking .45colts and definetly cheaper than the Corbon loads. I'll recommend to anyone who shoots .45colts and has the gun to handle the highter pressure loads to give it a try. :)
