45 colt with 250gr xtp?

Can't seem to find anything in my manuals for high pressure colt 45 with the hornady 250gr xtp using ramshot enforcer. Loading for a ruger blackhawk. Thinking about starting at 23 grain as that's the starting point for the 255grain bullet. Any advice appreciated.

Enforcer and Accurate 4100 are reported to be very similar, are there any loads for 4100 with the 250 XTP you’ve checked?

Found on Shooters Reference. 255gr SWC 22.9gr to max of 27gr.
A safe starting point for XTP.
