55 gr. speer spitzer reloadind data please!

i just bought a box of 55 gr spitzers and was wondering if i should use the same loads for the fmj or should i try something else? any suggestion? i'm using once fired win brass, win small rifle primers and imr 3031. any help would be appreciated!
