Have a 642-2 Compensated .38-spec S&W. Crimson Trace-grips. Still have the original wooden grips.
Has a dull matte steel look as do the airweights but is not marked with any airweight logo. Cylinder is dark gray, almost black. I suspect it is steel.
Shot maybe 500 rounds. Bought September 2009. Kept at home.
Have the S&W test fire shell and case.
I'm new to the forums.... Advice... What $$ could this gun bring? Added the Crimson Trace at gun show in Atlanta.
