686-5 price check?

There is a 686-5 snub nosw pre lock at a local gun store. The price is $285. The gun is perfect mechanical shape and Iwould say a 85-90% condition. Is that a fair price. Im in the Houston market and used revolvers seem to be a little less the the Internet average.

I paid 375 in 2001 for a 686-5. I bid on them on gunbroker for about six months before one sold for less than $425, used. I thought I STOLE it at the time.
