47 grns of Hodgdon Hornady LEVERevolution is getting about 2030 fps, though I don't know if that powder is too high of a pressure. I'll get some IMR 3031 and H4350 coming from Midway and I'll see how those work

I'm fairly sure 3031 will not do what you want. Probably accurate but not the velocity you are chasing.

Interestingly QLs standard projection for LVR is 2035 using a 286 rws bullet, and 38kpsi.
Using a Nosler Partition your at about 40kpsi and 2088.
The specific bullet and coal make a difference as dose case capacity, but i can say LVR is a decent option.

Taking an educated guess at your cartridge specs i THINK h4350 will run out of capacity before reaching velocity.
Your 3031 should be in the 2100 range at 39-41gr. Think pressure will be in the low 40kpsi range

According to the load data I've got from norma and others 2200 fps w/286grn bullet is probably not possible
