I have a taurus 709 slim that seems to bulge the cases toward the bottom. I have rcbs dies that i resize on, but it doesnt take out enough of the bulge to fit in to my kel tec. Am i only aloud to shoot brass out of one gun? Is the another die that will take more bulge out?

Ps the bulge is towards the bottom and its only about half way around the bottom?

The guns that I have that bulge the cases the most are submachineguns, there is no way to get it all out unless you use a pass through size die like the magma case master or Lee bulge buster but they don't work very well on tapered cases. I use a casepro roll sizer that I automated and Scarch also makes a roll sizing machine.

Sizing dies can not size all the way down the case, no matter how well adjusted.

Lee does make a "Bulge Buster" that pushes the entire case through a sizing ring, but from what I am seeing, it will not work on 9mm.

You may want to try a slightly lighter load, as this may stop the bulge from happening in the first place.

The 9MM is a tapered case, so in this case, adjusting the sizer down further will size more. Of course, if it is all the way down, your out of luck.

Try that. If it won't work, you are likely running too hot, unless the chamber on the gun is very poorly supported at the ramp area.

Lee does sell a 9mm makarov carbide die that can be used as a 9mm push through.
You need to call in the order, got mine within a week and it works very well. $30 for the die plus shipping. It is posted on the lee FAQ section.

My Redding die plus a trimmed shell holder combo takes out all the case bulge.

unsuported

The 709 that bulges the cases is unsupported at the loading ramp. That is were the bulge happens. My reloads are starting load so i dont think they are to hot they feel realy good recoil wise.

I doubt it. The reason your case bulges is because your gun has a loose chamber.

Change your load!
When my niece got her 709 we tried my pet target load and the cases bulged badly. My brother in law changed the load and has not had any problems since. Sorry, I don't know what load he went to. All I can say is my load has not caused a problem in any other gun it was shot through. It was not a hot load nor did it exceed book specs or velocity.
Good luck!
