91/30 sniper

Greetings,

Just received my 91/30 nagant sniper.
I installed the scope on it.
When i look through the scope, the reticle is canted on the right.
Is there a way to adjust it with the screws on the mount on the gun or i need to unscrew the screws on the mount on the scope and turn it a few degrees?

The rifle is commonly referred to as "Mosin-Nagant", often just "Mosin". Sergi Mosin evolved the Black Powder Berdan II into a modern smokeless rifle, with the Nagant Bro.s Magizine, from Belgium, who also sold Imperial Russia their Pistol.
A 7 shot 7.62X38 "Gas seal" revolver is often referred to as a "Nagant", just so you know when you see them listed as such
