I just received my +3 tube from Nordic to "add" on to my Beretta 1301.....from 5+1 to 8+1. I'm not schooled on 922r compliance, but know enough to ask the question - am I not compliant if I add on the extension?

I'm guessing I'm not compliant if I use the tube, unless I change out 2 or 3 parts to American made ones.......correct? If so, what suggestions do you all have to change on the gun?

Also, I ordered their barrel clamp (but it has a tiny rail piece?)......so does the rail piece mean I have to add an extra American made part? How very annoying some of our 'laws' are.....

Yes, I am in Missouri. I thought any imported semi-auto shotgun couldn't have over a 5 rnd tube capacity, unless it has "x" amount of American made parts, which the Beretta doesn't have.

Also why you can't buy (in America) a 1301 Comp from Beretta with a longer tube.......and it's designed for 3 gun?
