Greetings,

I want to make sure I am 922R compliant.

I have a WASR10 AK-47.
- I removed the wood stocks and replaced with the American made ATI stocks (butt, handle and foregrip).
I removed the muzzle break and replaced it with an American made FSC47 (http://primaryweapons.com/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=6&idproduct=57)

I installed use the side track to mount an aluminum side mount with an American made red dot.

I am looking now to install a red star arms trigger.

Am I compliant or not?

Thank you

It was compliant in order to be imported, adding an American made stock & muzzle attachment would only decrease your foreign parts count. The scope mount, etc. doesn't count for or against your part count for 922r. You may already have a Tapco US trigger, which counts for 3 US parts. I believe the Red Star Arms trigger is made in the US as well, so you should be fine at this point.

EDIT: I assume you are referring to the double stack WASR?

AS soon as you put a foreign made hi cap ak mag in it, you have now just added back at least 3 foreign parts, follower, body, and either base plate or spring, or e-gads, both! If you are using american made hi caps , then you are good to go .
Oops, sorry, i was thinking Saiga...

You have further reduced the foreign parts count, since you did not remove any US parts, but only added them or kept them US made.

So yes, you have exceeded the 922r requirements.
