I'm looking for a >>deal<< on 9mm economy ammo. Aren't we all... Ha. I want to buy about 10 boxes of CCI or Fiocchi or
Geco/Dynamite Nobel or Sellier & Bellot, if you want to get rid of it for some reason. I only want to pay a delivered price of $6 per box.

You could buy the Winchester White Box 9mm ammo value pack at WalMart. I believe it is about $11 for 100 rds. You could also order cheaper brands such as wolf. Look around on the internet and you can find a good deal on ammunition, if you choose to go the route of mail order ammo.

The 100-round Winchester White Box at Wallyworld is the best value I have ever seen in brass ammo.

Academy has CCI Blazer aluminum cased 115gr FMJ for $3.86 per box of 50. I shoot tons of it through various weapons and it's been very worth the money.

I plan to see if Walmart still offers 100 rds. of Winchester for $11.34 plus tax. (If I wanted 1000 rds., I would buy CCI Blazer from Natchez for $116.00)

asknight
Unfortunately, no Academy here.

I've shot Wolf before, but I'd rather shoot CCI or Fiocchi or Sellier & Belott or Geco-Dynamite Nobel or even WWB.

The Wally World here has 50 round Winchester USA "white box" for a little over 5 bucks. Just buy two boxes and you have 100 rounds for about 11 bucks. And, I ain't even related to Archimedes. Now, if only they had .38 special for that. I do have a brace of 9s, though. I shoot them a lot because of the price of ammo. I carry one of 'em, so that's a good thing I guess. I can reload a box of .38 for under 3 bucks using cast bullets, but I have to cast the friggin' things and go through all that stuff to reload 'em. I'm lazy in my old age.

I have been buying S&B at the local cabela's for 5.99 a box. Where are you getting it at 109 a case, sounds like a great deal.

I get it from Outdoor Marksmen on line. With shipping, it's closer to $130.

They are out of stock now. When they get more, I need to order some.

I have ordered from them before. Nice company although I think their shipping is alittle high. Offset by good prices. They never seem to have the cases of S&B when I check. Have you ever tried the Miwall ammo. I am interested but would like to hear a few comments before I buy. I bought one box of 50 .44mag +P+ for my Marlin 1894ss. Put some through my S&W .44 4 inch at the range. Loosened all the dust in the rafters.:D :what: :D

I use a lot of Miwall. They now sell through Outdoor Marksmen.

I'm sure shipping to you in Minnesota is a bit higher. Here in California, I'm in the same UPS zone as they are which makes a big difference.

Man, I'm happy for those of you who live near an Academy store!

I wonder if Sports Authority (Oshmans's) would match Academy's advertised price even if there's not an Academy in town. They do price matching here.

The Blazer isn't listed in these week's flier, but it's not unusual to see it there. Academy.com

The Sport's Authority here honor's Bass Pro sales prices even though it would take a half hour (and several dollars worth of gas) to go there. They could tell me just to drive up there, but they don't.

Well, tonight I picked up one box of the Winchester 100 round value pack at Walmart. It's still $11.34. Now I'll see how it works in my CZ...

9mm + .45 acp bulk

I got Wolf from Cabela.com. 500 rounds also gets you an ammo box.

Only thing about the Wolf is some extra residue (red). It is non-corrosive but needs some extra cleaning. Fires great.

Cheap 9mm Ammo

YEP! It and Wally World are my picks!

And Check out Cheaper Than Dirt .com

Every now and then, they run some 9mm CHEAP!

S&W10mm

everytime I go to Wally World, they are out of ammo.....I gave up, and go to dicks or Gander Mountain......

Last Ammo from Dick's was $5.68 per box for a case of 500 rounds. Their normal sale price I believe is $5.98 per box, and you don't need to buy 1000 rounds to get it.
