I put together a 9mm AR upper and was hoping to use a standard lower with a 9mm Endo mag. I finally got everything in the mail and put everything together. I put the upper on the lower I plan to use and inserted the Endo mag with the bolt locked back. Released the bolt and it does not close it hits on the magazine.
I am kind of second guessing myself at this point. I know I probably should have just bought a dedicated 9mm lower. Has anyone had this problem? When I ordered the BCG it said it was compatible with the Endo mag. After seeing this does not work I pulled up my BCG and noticed it says modifications may be necessary to work with Endo mag.
I guess I could break out the Dremel tool and start removing material from the magazine but that seems a bit crazy at this point so far.
The upper and BCG are from ar15discounts.com and they are their house brand NBS. My lower is an aero precision. The barrel I added to this mess is from BCA.
