I know you will be happy with that choice. The extra money won't be missed after a little while. Glad you got what you wanted!.

I have some range time with the 92A1 and LOTS of range time with the military M9A1. I love the pistol. When you can use modern JHP ammo in it, it is a phenomanal weapon system. The first pistol I bought when I got off of active duty, was a 92A1. That being said, while it can be carried concealed with a bit of effort, there are better choiced. I have also shot the CZ 75 sp-01, though not as much as the Berretta, but I find it to be a wonder pistol as well. The biggest difference I see, is that I do not know of a single malfuction from me, or anyone else that owns one with the 92A1. I can not say the same for the CZ. Both are good guns, and more or less comperable in size and weight, so either one should serve you well. Good Luck.

Bentonville and ThompsonCustom: Thanks guys. I am super happy with the purchase. Can wait to shoot it.

OP: None of those are ideal CCW due to size.

The CZ is a fine shooting gun. I've owned the SP10 and the 75 Compact. I enjoy my 92fs as well. The Sig P226 is a nice blaster.

For a 9mm range AND CCW:
CZ Compact
CZ PCR
Sig P228
Sig P229
Glock 19
