Sorry for gravedigging an old thread, but I wanted to add what has worked for me. I set these projectiles aside and have been shooting Bayou 115s for a while, and I just got around to correcting them. As others predicted above, the issue was OAL, not out of spec brass. I had the issue pretty severely with 1.100 OAL, then noticed that MBC recommends 1.08 on their site. I tried that and still had issues. I had to go down to 1.06 before the bullet would no longer stick in the rifling. At 1.055 - 1.060, the rounds pass the plunk test and chamber properly. I was a little concerned about the round being seated so deeply, but they are not loaded hot, so I didn't anticipate any issues. I don't have access to a chrono, but they are feeding and shooting well in my G17 with the Alpha Wolf barrel.
I don't know if anyone else will ever come across this combination, but if so, I hope this helps. As others would say, start low and work your way up. Or better yet, avoid this barrel / projectile combination and go with a different profile LRN that doesn't require such a low seating depth.
The Lee bulge buster ended up being unnecessary, but I'm still using it on all of my brass just for good measure.
