I ran 9mm brass through a Lee Bulge Buster and then through the standard Decap/Sizing die on a dillon 550. unfortunately I got lazy and didn't check them all in a case checker.
I am getting fail to fire/eject due to case bulges.
I am going to order a roll sizer to hopefully keep this from happening in the future.
do I need to go through the step of removing all the projectiles and start over or has anyone ran loaded brass through a roll sizer.

the one I am considering is the Manual unit at https://www.rollsizer.com/buy-a-rollsizer/

thanks in advance for any advice

I assume you are using the Makarov FCD to bulge bust and your sizing die is both dimensionally good and installed correctly. Before spending that kind of money on a rollsizer, might want to check if your sized, but unloaded cases will plunk in your chamber. If so the problem is likely in the reloading procedure.

I checked several, especially when I first started using it and they fit in the size checker but I ran through 1,000 or so rounds and only checked the first 30 or so
I am getting the FTFs only once in a while, but enough to be frustrating - maybe 3 or 4 out of 100

I send finished rounds through a EGWGuns.com case checker. Cheap insurance. No FTLs. Once, had a 5.56 BCG slam an ill-fitting round so hard that it friction-welded itself into the chamber. Couldn't even drill it out.

Backing up in the process, maybe consider case-checking dodgy or bulge-busted brass. Loading, then de-milling a round seems like a total waste of effort.
