After two months at the Taurus repair shop, my 905 was returned, and I shot it today. I am sorry to say that two of the first cylinder load failed to ignite, and three of the second cylinder load failed to ignite. I finally was able to fire a complete cylinder load before I encountered more failures to ignite. The barrel was supposed to have been replaced due to poor accuracy (how the tester could ever figure that out, since I have no idea how he got enough shots downrange to determine what to do to fix the inaccuracy). In any event, having the newly installed (which was badly scratched)I checked for accuracy at the range today as well. I finally was able to get about 15 bullets down range And the accuracy was the same,a foot high and to the right at 25 feet.Needless to say, the gun has gone back already. If I don't get a new from Taurus, I will get my money back. This is a very big disappointment, as many years ago I had a 905 that was delightful. I've seen other examples of Tauri which looked and Shot well according to their owners.
