I wish someone would weld an HK or AR peep sight on the top of a dust cover (ala the Galil)

They've got a rail available now for the AK platform, but runs ~$200. Too much for my wallet.

I wish someone would weld an HK or AR peep sight on the top of a dust cover (ala the Galil), so I can slap it on top of my rifle and shoot this platform more accurately.

Well, while the seller is or has been associated with Hesse/Vulcan/et al, there is a product offered by Blackthorne that does exactly what you mentioned.

Personally, I'm waiting on Techsights' peep they mentioned here a while back.
