kinda sucks that the only ones left will be more expensive.20/5mm pelletts.. it sucks because they sold 5mm guns until not long ago in the sheridan line even

Most Crosman pellets are junk these days anyway. The Premier line is the only one worthwhile.
Go to Pyramydair and look for JSB or H&N, who both make quality pellets.

I've had pretty good luck with the H&N Field Target Trophy and Field Target Trophy pellets in .20

The ones in the cardboard box, and that is about it....only to be topped by Gamo pellets. Personally I think Gamo gets a great deal of grief that is not deserved, but when it comes to their pellets most are just a waste of lead.

But the crosman cardboard box those are some good pellets. I just think they let their dies go a little too long.

To the 20 pellets, that is a bit of a boutique round these days, shame as I like it as well, I can see them stopping the sales of them.

The cardboard box ones are no longer sold. They were just called Crosman Premier Light or Heavy. Those were so good because each box of pellets were made from a single die, so they were very consistent. Later ones, in the tins, are mix & matched.

Man I thought they still did that. I have a couple boxes left on light and heavy 22 and 177, when I opened the reserve box I would order two more. Figures, those are fantastic pellets.

Beeman championed the 5mm pellet as the perfect size between .177 and .22. Powerful enough to do what the .22 did but in a .177 sized platform. The world however has be pretty content to stick with the later two. It might be a VHS v Beta argument, doesn't matter. The consumers have spoken. I never tried 5mm partially because I'm metric-phobic and partially because Beeman slanted his product line away from .22 toward 5mm. And when you can't get something that just makes you want it all the more. I got my HW-77 in .22 despite Beeman and have been happy with it. Though now I'm thinking I need something bigger. A .25 or a .357... or

well the crosman .20's were fineand not quite half the price of the H&n n jsb options...I have several Sheridans A Beeman R10 And a Airforce Talon on .20 I got several of the crosman boxed pellets in .177 and .20 years back but try to save them... All three of my.20's shoot great BTW

It maybe my imagination but I seem to recall that once upon a time in the last century that Beeman sold a pellet swage for 5mm Sheridan type trash can pellets.

Anyone else recall that?

Wonder what it would take to make such?

funny I had thought of making or finding a swage die to make .20's out of .22's I did not know someone madeadie before. I will add it to my long long list of wants or projects :p

They sold sizing dies in a few calibers and sizes. I have one of them in .177 Thought I had one in .20 but tried to find it awhile back and couldn't.
