#70 maybe? I have not looked at my SKS for a couple of weeks, but I seem to remember a small disk on that side of the receiver that matches the OPs pic....
A Little Part Fell off my SKS. What is is.

Nope. Part 70 is easily 3 times the diameter...and it is still there so...I have concluded that this is a piece of range flotsam and/or jetsam that somehow found its way into the gun sock and stuck in a a nook and/or crannie.
