I found the 6th edition on Ebay and picked it up for under $8 shipped. Since I'm only thinking about 9mm and 40S&W didn't think it made much of a difference between the 6th and 7th edition.

it provides some history, some instruction and pointers. Atleast thats what I have seen so far. IMHO it seems a very well written book.
